How much risk do you take if you don’t use extra nutrition?

Reading articles about the subject “additional nutrition? is always confusing. One article makes a statement in favor of it, the other says you will get all vitamins in a balanced diet. Just like you, I have been searching for the answers and found them.

The key of life is knowledge. Whit health, I see people go further and further away from nature. Processed foods, and medication as a result. Is this a matter of fact or can you change all that as simple as 1-2-3?
